How does the second-month promotion work?

New customers pay the first month at the regular rate and receive 50% off the second month’s rent automatically. Regular monthly rent resumes afterward.

How do I pay my rent?

Use the Make a Payment/Login link to manage your account and make payments online.

Do I need insurance or tenant protection?

Insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend protecting your belongings. Optional coverage through our Tenant Protection service is available as an add-on during signup.

How do I move out?

Log in to your online account and click “Move Out.” You can then select the move-out date that works for you.

How do I access my unit after renting online?

You’ll have 24/7 access to the building, even though your storage unit is indoors. For security, you must keep a lock on your individual unit.
